Hey Whats up guys welcome to another episode of tech updates. Earlier many reports claimed the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ will make a cameo appearance at the CES 2018. But now according to a report, Samsung said that it is unlikely that the S9 and S9+ will make an appearance at the CES 2018. We can expect Samsung to launch them at MWC2018 or may be at their own event after that, just like with the Galaxy S8.
. The Galaxy S9 and S9+ are codenamed Star 1 and Star 2 respectively and will sport the same 5.8 inch and 6.2 inch Super AMOLED curved glass infinity displays. There is no particular processor is mentioned but a 10-nanometre chip like Snapdragon 845 will be used and a similar Exynos counterpart.
After teasing the heavily on social media, Xioami has finally launched their next entry-level Redmi smartphones called the Redmi 5 and Redmi 5 plus in China. The Xiaomi Redmi 5 is priced at CNY 799 around ₹ 7,80) for the 2GB RAM and 16GB storage variant, while the 3GB RAM and 32GB storage variant is priced at CNY 899 around ₹8,800.
The Redmi 5 Plus is priced at CNY 999 around ₹9,700 for the 3GB RAM and 32GB storage variant, while the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant price is CNY 1,299 around ₹12,700. Both smartphones will be available in China starting 12th December. Registrations will be open soon.
The Redmi 5 is powered by the Snapdragon 430 processor coupled with 2GB/3GB of RAM and 16GB/32GB of internal storage. The Redmi 5 Plus is powered by the Snapdragon 630 processor coupled with 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB of internal storage. Both the smartphones are dual sim smartphones with dedicated SD card slot.
