Official Image of the Samsung Galaxy S9+ Leaked Online


Samsung will be launching its next flagship smartphones, Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus on 25th February in Barcelona. We already know a lot about the devices thanks to the constant leaks we have seen from the past month. We know that the Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus will not look very different from its predecessors.

But, Now we have an official image of the Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S9 Plus smartphone. A banner advertisement of the smartphone for the Chinese market was recently leaked. The image reveals the front of the smartphone which matches our previous leaks. The bezels will be slightly narrower than its predecessor, giving a better body to screen ration.’

The advertisement also revealed that the Samsung Galaxy S9+ plus will come in a 128GB storage variant. It should be coupled with 6GB of RAM. We already know that the Galaxy S9 will sport a single rear camera will the Galaxy S9 Plus will sport a dual camera setup. Samsung Galaxy S9 will sport a  5.8-inch 1440p SAMOLED Infinity display and will come with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.

Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus will come with a 6.2-inch SAMOLED Infinity display and will have 6GB of RAM. Both the smartphones will be powered by the Snapdragon 845 processor in the US and Exynos 9810 in rest of the world. The 12-megapixel rear camera will come with OIS and Super slow motion feature. The front camera comes with an 8-megapixel sensor and the smartphone is IP68 water and dust resistant.


The fast charging output is same as the predecessors.The biggest upgrade comes in terms of the camera, Galaxy S9 will come with “Super Speed” camera which will come with varying apertures as there are two apertures mentioned- f/1.5 and f/2.4. There will not be much difference between the Galaxy S9 and S9+ except the dual cameras and a slightly larger display.

Samsung will retain the Bixby button from the predecessors and will now have a rear placed fingerprint scanner placed below the camera module. The smartphones are expected to be available starting 16th March and we can expect Indian launch around mid-April. Stay tuned to Sid Tech for more tech updates.
